మునిసిపల్ పాఠశాలల్లో (PS/UPS/HS) అవసరమైన ఉపాధ్యాయులను సర్ ప్లస్ మునిసిపల్ ఉపాధ్యాయులచే  సర్దుబాటు చేయాలని సర్ ప్లస్ మునిసిపల్ ఉపాధ్యాయులు లేనట్లయితే   సర్ ప్లస్ Government/ZPP/MPP ఉపాధ్యాయులను సర్దుబాటు చేయాలని ఆదేశాలు.
